Blaze (Black Copper Marans rooster) is doing much better since his hospitalization. He is back in the flock,
his crow has returned in full force & he’s working on putting weight back on and opening his left eye all the way. ♥

Hi Kathy =) How old is Ariel; your BCM? I have an almost 1 yr old BCM, Stella; but she doesn't have that pretty gold ticking on her breast. She has some copper on her neck hackle; but mostly she's a pretty beetle green sheen black.
