The long holiday weekend started with rain, which was welcome as last week’s heat was beginning to take a toll on everyone, including Doc Brown’s “hair.” But the rest of the week was amazingly beautiful, which provided ample opportunity to enjoy, admire and photograph both my chickens and a variety of flowers in the yard. I hope you enjoy these snapshots of the past week in my backyard!

Mealworms are awesome! :-)
Thanks for the great info.
I heard they were stinky, but that chickens LOVE them. I haven't tried them myself (well, for my girls!) so I don't know this to be true. However that said, I can't imagine that they are as stinky as the 2 skunks hanging around our bird barn! If I win, I promise to buy worms for my chickens, but only if they like them.
My girls lloovvveeee Chubby mealworms! Thank you for the giveaway!
My girls and roo-boy love mealy worms!!
