We're expecting another heat wave this coming week. My hens don't like it when I put anything (ie. ice cubes) in their water, but really enjoy the cool water when they aren't aware I've hidden the cubes from them!
This would be so perfect since it gets to be 112 out here and the heat and I don't get along like we used to. I am now the proud owner of 13 chickens and one rooster!! Love the waterer and your page. Sorry about your rooster.
exciting seeing hatches from the mini advanced, just picked mine up today to give it a try hatching some serama chicks and welsh harlequin ducks
