As you can tell, it has been snowy and cold since the last Flock Focus Friday. The chickens and I have had enough! The weather-dude tells us that it’s going to warm up into the 40s this week, so you know what that means…let the flood gates open! <ugh> I’ve got a plan to make a floating bridge out of pallets, so at least the chickens have the opportunity to stay dry even if they don’t avail themselves of the life-raft. Please enjoy the photos from the week- the color theme is black and white-like it or not, that’s what Mother Nature was serving up!

would love this, we had several broody hens last year and things didn’t work out well, this would be a godsend
My daughter is very interested in an incubator. It will be the next step in our life.
I would love to win this incubator. I would love to try hatching out some of our eggs . We have 17 hens and one rooster. We started raising chickens a year ago and loving it. I love reading your articles. They have helped me a lot over the year and have learned a lot!
I would set Mollted & Red Cochin eggs. The reds in hopes of hatching a cutie like Rachael :)
I’d hatch orpingtons or RIRs.
