As you can tell, it has been snowy and cold since the last Flock Focus Friday. The chickens and I have had enough! The weather-dude tells us that it’s going to warm up into the 40s this week, so you know what that means…let the flood gates open! <ugh> I’ve got a plan to make a floating bridge out of pallets, so at least the chickens have the opportunity to stay dry even if they don’t avail themselves of the life-raft. Please enjoy the photos from the week- the color theme is black and white-like it or not, that’s what Mother Nature was serving up!

This us the one I want it would be so cute to see them hatch.
I need that Incubator, it does have a long trip to get up to Alaska but don’t worry I can be patient :)
I have 2 Ameraucanas and 2 Wyandotts, one silver laced and one golden laced (I was told it was a black laced red, but her colors are definitely golden). I would get some Cuckoo Marans next.
I also would love to win this incubator. It would be an eggselant class project for my third grade classroom! I just got started with chickens last spring, and your site has been invaluable to a newbie! All hatched chicks are guaranteed good homes! I almost forgot to add what kind of chicks that I would like to hatch! I love the mixed Easter Eggers and their colorful eggs, and I would also like to hatch Black Copper Marans.
Incubator just big enough for a beginner like me.
