It was a difficult week here at Blazing Trails Farm with the unexpected passing of Brutus, my six month old Mille Fleur Serama cockerel. He had a special place in my heart I am thankful for the time I had to appreciate his beauty, confidence and spunk while he was here. He was a joy to photograph and I have chosen to celebrate his life by continuing to share his larger-than-life personality through them. RIP little buddy.
This is how Brutus would have wanted to be remembered. ☺ I know Brutus would have been thrilled to know that his necropsy report noted his “well developed testicles.” Atta boy, Brutus.

My wife and I enjoyed Brutus and his antics! Especially his weather vane vanity!
Oh how I would love to win either of these two wonderful gifts… It still breaks my heart that you lost your Brutus. I thought about his beauty listening to my 3 month old Ameruacana trying to crow this morning… Thanks for everything you do. I am so thankful for the info you share… :)
