The circle of life played out in the backyard this week and while we welcomed new flock members, we said goodbye to Spartacus who crossed the rainbow bridge. RIP pretty boy.

Oh for the love of clean, clear water… (sigh). I'm hoping to move my lil ones over to a nipple system soon. Battling the plastic waterers will wear a gal out! Thanks so much for all your info as always! I've shared your blog with many of my chicken lovin friends- tons of great info! Thanks again!!
we will be traveling this summer and a watering system like this would make the house / pet sitters job so much more easy .
