From a chicken photography perspective, this week hasn’t been ideal, but we did see the sun briefly and I took advantage of it whenever possible. In between sub-zero temperatures and temps in the mid 50s, there was flooding, mud and general discontent. We’re all looking forward to the end of winter and brighter days ahead!
The middle of the week featured a warm-up and flooding like we’ve never seen before. It was decidedly a drag as I bailed out the basement as well as the chicken runs.

I love all your tips and the great equipment you feature. I have a small rodent problem and would live to have a feeder that says access denied!!!
The feeder looks wonderful. My dad is 85 yrs old and his chickens are his children nowadays. We got him an ipad for his birthday. Now I have to show him how to read your information on chickens.
He would love the feeder and it would help him save some money.
Would love to win this feeder! and Woo-Hoo! the sun is shining today!
Like you, and many others….can't wait for this snow to all go away and for things, like runs and yards, to dry up! Down to my last sleeve of mulch hay to put down by the run door, so I don't get sucked into the cold, wet, muddy ground.
Great feeder! Would love to win it. Thanks for all your posts!
