Keeping cool was the name of the game this week. Wild weather included 80% humidity, 90°+F temperatures, torrential rains and two, confirmed tornadoes in the area. Thankfully, we are no worse for the wear and the grass and flowers

Thanks! I should have known! You seemed so calm (I would have panicked!) I look forward to hearing all about it!

I've loved this scale since the first time you showed it! Question: is there something about the eggs in the wire basket that makes you choose THOSE to blow out? Did you find them not in the nest boxes? Because you blow them does that make them only suitable to feed back to the chickens?

I'm always curious about the weight / size of my girl's eggs. I would love to win an egg scale or some healthy feed for them. Thank you for answering all the questions I post. Congrats on becoming a "farmer" and Blaze's recovery. I just ordered my "Together We Stand" shirt. I've been wanting some "chickenwear" and I am so glad to contribute toward something I really believe in. I can't imagine my life without my chickens. It is amazing the joy they bring.
