The circle of life played out in the backyard this week and while we welcomed new flock members, we said goodbye to Spartacus who crossed the rainbow bridge. RIP pretty boy.

I am so sorry to hear about Spartcus, my hens and roosters, well all of my fur kids are just that, my kids. All names and loved so much. I think what you offer and make available to all of us on your blog is amazing. I have learned more here in the past few months than some other long running publications and things and I think it is because you make it easy and relatable.
