The circle of life played out in the backyard this week and while we welcomed new flock members, we said goodbye to Spartacus who crossed the rainbow bridge. RIP pretty boy.

It's getting hot out here in KY and my new baby easter eggers would love to have a little water mister! So would my big girl Silkies, Penny & Berrnie! :)
I really want one of these waterers…I bought the stuff to make one but don't know when that will get accomplished. I enjoyed watching the chicks this week. Sorry you had such a rough hatch though…they all needed a little help I guess. Look forward to watching any future hatches!
