What a fantastic week it has been! All kinds of great goings-on, including buds opening on flowers and trees, temps in the eighties, new sponsors and opportunities knocking, justice doing its thing for the good guys and Blaze’s chicks hatching by the dozen! I’ll keep you updated on all of the above in due time. Please enjoy some of the photos taken in my chicken yard this week and Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms who have done or are doing The most important job in the world, bar none.

my daughter in law is a great 4th grade teacher and has a yearly bird hatch session in her class all the kids look forward to be in her class as the entire school gets excited every year , right now she has to borrow larger incubators and is very difficult to handle in a classroom situation it would be a true blessing to win this thanks for your blog you are a great help
I would love to win this
I would love to have my four children watch peeps hatch and then add to our flock. What fun!
I could really use this.
Good evening. We would love to win this here on our city farm – I have an old foam Hovabator which works great but sometimes I just want to incubate a few eggs these days now that we have downsized. I can’t bring myself to pass on my Hovabator to chicken raisers more ambitious (or who have more room) than me – so a smaller incubator would be just the ticket. Hope I win! I made this comment on the wrong string. Trying again.
