in addition, a couple weeks ago I rescued 11 silkie mixed adult birds, (2 roo's) and unfortunately though they knew they had to get rid of all their birds they continued to let multiple hens set on eggs, in the two weeks it took for me to fix a horse stall to accomodate the 11 safely, I took home an additional 13 chicklets. security had to get tighter, they are very tiny.
