As you can tell, it has been snowy and cold since the last Flock Focus Friday. The chickens and I have had enough! The weather-dude tells us that it’s going to warm up into the 40s this week, so you know what that means…let the flood gates open! <ugh> I’ve got a plan to make a floating bridge out of pallets, so at least the chickens have the opportunity to stay dry even if they don’t avail themselves of the life-raft. Please enjoy the photos from the week- the color theme is black and white-like it or not, that’s what Mother Nature was serving up!

Recently became the owner of my very first incubator. The Brinsea Eco 20, which is currently incubating some of my mixed bantam breeds. I was told by many that I would be addicted and I admit, I’m Hooked! Having another amazing Brinsea incubator would be a great addition in growing my backyard flock!
I want one of these! I’m pretty sure I’d watch it like others watch TV!! Haha
Would love this incubator! Love my brinsea brooder!!! Would never have bought it if I had never found you and all your wonderful tips!!!
Would love to have a small incubator
My daughter will love this. She can’t wait to hatch eggs
