We welcomed a new member into our flock family just in time for my birthday this week: Milo, a 3 month old Yorkshire Terrier with an impressive pedigree, was escorted from South Carolina by his breeder to New York City, a short car ride from his forever home here in Connecticut! He walked into the house like he owned the joint and stole all of our hearts with his affectionate, playful personality. Please enjoy some of the photos taken since the last Flock Focus Friday!

me me me!!!! Just used my last bag!
I would love to try these…..I mean I would love for my chickens, ducks, geese and peacocks to try these !!
My girls FAVORITE. ??
Congrats on the puppy! He is adorable! We are thinking of getting a puppy this summer. I have to admit, I’m a little nervous about a dog and chickens. Is there really any reason for concern?
My hens would love a bag of mealworms. Their current bag is almost empty! They are behaving so well, all closed up in the hen house! They do have a full spectrum light bulb, a heated waterer and a very nice, warm coop, so that helps. Tossing a few mealworms in with their birdseed treats will go over well!
