I learned a valuable lesson today. I have a broody hen whose eggs were duds so I bought her two chicks today. She will have nothing to do with them. I eased them under her and she didn’t even know they were there. Once they came out, she attacked them. Now, I have two chicks in my bathroom in a makeshift brooder. I need to win this brooder! Lesson learned.
