Our chickens LOVE LOVE LOVE mealworms!
The beautiful dahlias remind me of my father. He grew them in Ohio after he retired; said his grandmother had grown them in Kentucky. He had to dig them up and store them in peat in the basement over the winter. A lot of work, but well worth it!
My chickens love mealworms; I ordered a huge bag of them, but free is also great!
All treats are just once in a while treats. No more than 5% of their daily diet should consist of treats.
