I could use a few more weeks this Christmas season to tackle all of the projects on my list, which continues to grow thanks to Pinterest. When I saw these mini donuts last night, I knew exactly what I was going to do with them! I told my daughters we needed to make treats for their Elf on the Shelf, Eddie, to bring to the North Pole for his hard-working elf friends. The project and concept were big hits with my little girls. Memories in the making. ♥
The donuts are Cheerios, which were either dipped in Wilton candy melts and topped with sprinkles or covered in powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar.

I used a tiny box and printed out an address label with the Dunkin’ Donuts logo on it. My daughters ate more of the donuts than they produced and a good time was had by all.

Very very cute! I love the way the elf teaches kids how to be creative!
This is so fun! I have yet to post about what our elf has been up to, but this is a great idea I'll have to keep in mind!! :)
